Delete your account
Version of 10 October 2026
You can delete your FoosArena account and the related data whenever you want, from the app or by writing to us.
From the app, immediately
- Open FoosArena and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile › Delete account.
- Type CANCELLA to confirm.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You will receive a last confirmation email.
Without the app
If you can no longer use the app (for example you changed phone), write to privacy@foosarena.eu from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm it by email.
What is deleted
- email and login data;
- consents, notifications, phones registered for push and preferences;
- username and avatar: “Deleted player” appears instead;
- pending invites and seats in future matches, freed with no penalty for anyone.
What remains, and why
- Matches already played, results and ELO changes remain, anonymous, so that rankings and other players’ results stay correct.
- The security log keeps actions for 12 months, linked to the anonymous profile, then deletes them automatically.
Before deleting you can download a copy of your data from Profile › Download my data.
Bar accounts
If you delete a bar account, the bar stays on the map without an account and the admin manages it until it registers again. To remove the bar completely, write to privacy@foosarena.eu.
